Our artist-led collective was formed in 2021 and registered as Community Interest Company in 2022. We have been running mostly voluntarily, with project-to-project funding.
This year, 2024, is a pivotal year for us to build a sustainable model of operation with salaries for the six core members and a budget for ongoing research and social impact projects. We are amplifying our work in building imagination infrastructures, always with migrant and queer communities.
Our work is intersectional, encompassing socio-historical investigation, community capacity building, and experimental cultural programming. Our three-year plan reflects our multidisciplinary and multifaceted approach of creating deep social change.
Here you can see the activities we have in mind, all of which are currently in the process of seeking funding and partnerships. If you are interested in supporting our CIC or any of these projects, please contact us at [email protected]
This is an alive, breathing and ever-updating page as we move with great agility, responding to resources we receive, always transparently.

Goals to Achieve within Three Years
Main goals for us to unlock many more social impact projects
1. Acquiring an Accessible Space for Community Growth and Creative Expression
- A vibrant hub where marginalised communities can connect, build relationships, and access new resources for sustainable engagement programmes
- Empower us to innovate and address social justice issues through continuous learning and creative expression, enhancing our ability to drive significant, positive change within the communities we serve
- Provide a platform for voices to be heard and respected, equipping individuals with the tools for change, leading to deep and lasting social impacts
- How does it look like: a multi-purpose space for meeting, gathering, researching, investigating and trying new things out. Different events happen at different times, always about civic imagination
- For example: at one time of the day, some people are reading, chatting and drawing; at the other time, families with children are doing multilingual storytelling. In one corner, an artist is building their new installation; in the other corner, somebody is preparing for a community dinner and sharing about their healing practice.

⭐ Seeking either free community spaces in collaboration with local authorities and property developers or core funding to support the rental of an accessible space and its overhead

2. A Sustainable Engagement Programme that Empowers Marginalised Communities to Make Change
- Aim to empower marginalised communities, drive social change and reclaim
agency
- Work with dedicated community organisations and bring together members of migrant and queer communities fortnightly for arts activities that serve as social imagination practices
- Broaden our change-making network by empowering individuals to drive transformative action through artistic expression and community solidarity
